Free/Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
When placing an order, please be sure that all shipping information is entered correctly. If you realize that your information is incorrect please contact us via email at info@bluxeandco.com ASAP. We will do our best to correct the information. If we are unable to assist, we will not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping charges including the cost of returning the package to us.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS as soon as possible. B. Luxe & Company will not assume the responsibility of lost packages if it indicates that it has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for packages that have been reported to be delivered.
